Motion To Suppress Evidence

I represented a man charged with felony assault in Dakota County. He was facing a prison sentence if he was convicted. However, I filed a motion to suppress the illegal, improper identification obtained by police – the only evidence tying my client to the crime. The judge agreed the evidence was illegally obtained and dismissed the case.
